Sales Terms

All purchases are to be paid for at the time of shipping. Credit card transactions are processed only when the order is ready for shipment, and only for the invoice total for the actual shipment. Items on back-order will not be invoiced until they are being shipped.

Return Policy

Defective or inoperative merchandise must be returned, shipping prepaid, for warranty adjustment. Such material will be replaced and/or repaired at the discretion of the original manufacturer. All such returns must be pre-approved and returned with an RMA number, which we will give you, on the outside of the package. (RMA: Returned Material Authorization) 

If you have ordered and received an item that really wasn't what you expected or wanted, Contact Us immediately, before breaking the seal on the product. We will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase amount.

Can you ship my order to another address ?

If you prepay your order with a money order, we can ship to any address you specify, subject to our general shipping terms. When you pay by credit card, the Credit Card carrier specifies that shipments must go to the same address as the cardholder's bill to address on the Card.

Privacy Policy

The Stringman is committed to protecting your privacy when shopping at our site. We do not rent, sell or otherwise distribute customer information to any third party except to the extent that it is necessary to collect and fulfill orders placed with us.

When you place an order with The Stringman, we will collect personal information including your name, address, telephone number, email address and, if different, name and address information of the recipient of your order, so we can process your order and deliver it properly. We will also collect payment information including your credit card data.

Information you provide to us is stored on our database server, which is not available online.

When you provide us with your mailing address, we may from time to time send you catalogues and other information, unless you request that we not do so. You are free to do this at any time. Similarly, when you provide us with your email address, we may from time to time send you email notifying you of specials and other offers, unless you request that we not do so.

If you are under the age of 18, please ask a parent or legal guardian to assist you in making purchases from the The Stringman website.
