Place your orders by telephone or email. We are not convinced that online ordering would be an advantage to you, our customer. Direct interaction leads to higher quality service and a better understanding of your needs.

This is a wife-husband operation, meant to be a retirement activity. Retirement seems to be a difficult state to aspire to - consequently, our phone, by necessity is on auto answer at times. We are equipped to accept Visa and/or Mastercard in either Canadian or US currency.

US based customers will automatically be charged in US currency, Canadian based customers in Canadian currency. Purchases paid by money order may be in either Canadian or US currency.

Customers outside Canada and the United States will be given a choice of which currency to have their purchases processed in.

In all cases, the appropriate pricing as listed on the web site will prevail.

CCV Number.

For Visa or MasterCard holders, the CCV number is the three digit number printed after your card number, on the signature strip on the reverse side of your card. This number is now required on mail, email or phone orders for these cards as an additional security measure. While it is aimed mainly at Internet transactions in which card numbers may be intercepted, it is now required for all orders based on Visa or MasterCard charges.

There is little likelihood that your card details will be intercepted if your order is faxed, mailed or phoned to us. However, if the order is placed via email, we recommend you send your credit card number, expiry date, and the CCV number separately, in six separate emails, making sure that you identify sufficient details of the order to which it refers.

We apologise for this additional inconvenience, but we have been advised that the CCV detail is now becoming a policy requirement for all mail order or telephone order Visa or MasterCard services
