Are all the products you sell new ?

Yes, all the products that we sell are new unless otherwise specified. Also, all the products come with the manufacturers warranty and are factory sealed unless otherwise specified.

How fast is my order processed ?

The first business day following receipt of payment.

Are any of your products blems or seconds ?

No. All products are new and unused.

Are Gift Cerificates Available ?

Yes, in any amount over $25.00 Canadian.

Do you have a mail order catalog ?

We do not mail out paper catalogs. Our catalog is exclusively online. Our market research has shown that today's consumer doesn't want a mailbox full of junk. Our online catalog allows shopping when it's most convenient to YOU. We do however, mail out a special flyer from time to time. These flyers contain a sampling of our very best specials. Maintaining an online catalog is much less expensive than a print catalog and therefore we can offer you items at much lower prices than our competitors.

Can I call to ask questions about a particular product ?

Please do! Our customer service specialists, Gord and Audrey, have many years of experience in the business. And we won't insist on getting your telephone number and address when you call (like all those other guys). Additionally, you'll never have to sit through a 5 minute commercial about how great we are before we address your question. We are here to make sure you get the information You want! Because of these policies, we hope you'll be more likely to order your next musical product from us.
