Jigs and reels. Learn the ins and outs of intricate Irish ornamentation. Mark has taken first place honors at numerous feises and fleadghes and has traveled and collected music all over Ireland. Here he teaches 10 tunes in a practical and easy-to-understand manner. Songs Include: The Banshee, The Hunters Purse, The Silver Spire, Tuttles Reel, Martin Wynees, Danny Meehans, Doctor Gilberts, The Kings Jig, Scatter the Mud, The Blue Angel.

Mark has taken first place honors for mandolin at numerous feises and fleadghes and has traveled and collected music all over Ireland. A master at many Irish instruments, Mark also plays button Accordion, Concertina, and Irish Tenor Banjo as well as Irish Dobro! Mark's current project is learning the West African Kora which is a 21 string harp-lute. All this while holding down an engineering job in Ithaca New York.
