Taught By Luke & Jenny Anne Bulla.
Level 1-2
Two-DVD or VHS series

Lesson 1: Level 1 - 90 minute DVD

With the help of their seven year old brother Jed, Luke and Jenny Anne demonstrate the basics of tuning up; bowing technique; proper hand position and posture; finding the right size fiddle; and all else needed to get off to a great start. By the end of this lesson, the beginning fiddler will use these new skills to play the famous tune, Boil The Cabbage Down, and will be ready to dig into more advanced studies and repertoire.

Lesson 2: Level 2 - 60 minute DVD

Starting out with a quick review, Luke and Jenny Anne then get their young student into some real fiddle playing! Focusing on building repertoire, they teach three well-known fiddle tunes, breaking them down into small sections that are easy to grasp. With some practice, the young fiddler will soon perform Old Joe Clark, Tennessee Waltz and Devil's Dream for friends and family.
